Easy to polish, very glossy, robust –JORA-BRILLANT-COLOR JBC 855
In all cases when opposites collide it will be exciting. A comparison of transparent and colour painted glossy surfaces impressively shows how exciting and out of the ordinary it can be when differently painted surfaces “meet”. On the one hand the natural and noble appearance of transparent glossy surfaces that put wood as a natural product into the right light. On the other hand coloured glossy surfaces with their trendy optics have conquered a permanent place in modern living. Besides the transparent variant JORA-BRILLANT JB 875, now JORDAN Lacke offers with JORA- BRILLANT-COLOR JBC 855 a matching coloured glossy varnish.
In the glossy varnish field JORDAN Lacke offer various alternatives that are differently used – depending on the requirements. As a
transparent glossy structure the East Westphalian paint manufacturer recommends the proven JORA-BRILLANT JB 875. For a perfect coloured glossy structure the new JORA-BRILLANT- COLOR JBC 855 makes available a fast drying and easy to polish product which convinces by its good filling power and its pleasant feel. Besides this, the new coloured glossy varnish captivates by its chemical and mechanical resistance. The new coloured paint is not only suitable as a topcoat on the PUR-FÜLLER H 1336 from JORDAN Lacke, but also for coating matt ground melamine resin boards. JORA- BRILLANT-COLOR JCB 855 is processed wet-in-wet in 1 or 2 spray cycles, and – depending on the base – with and/or without intermediate sanding.
The new coloured varnish complies with the DIN 6886-1B standard (chemical resistance) as well as with the DIN 4102-B1 standard (flame retardancy). Furthermore JORA- BRILLANT-COLOR JBC 855 complies with the DIN 53160 standard (saliva and perspiration resistance) as well as with the EN71 standard, part 3 (free from extractable
heavy metals).
Both systems, not only the coloured JORA- BRILLANT-COLOR JBC 855 but also the transparent JORA-BRILLANT JB 875, are hardened in a ratio of 2:1 with the hardener H 872, depending on the volume. This saves costs that would be involved by double stockkeeping due to different hardnesses.
